This vintage of Rose was made from estate Pinot Noir, with a small amount of Riesling added to enhance crispness. Fermentation occurred slowly and naturally using wild yeasts present in the vineyard. The wine was then matured in seasoned french oak barriques for 6 months.

This Crisp Rose has cherry and spice characteristics, with enhanced depth of flavour and complexity from wild fermentation and barrel maturation.

This wine is best enjoyed with friends over a long summer lunch or picnic.
