This 2025 vintage of Mermerus Chardonnay commemorates the safe arrival of our third grandchild Marigold. The mild cool growing season has produced a crisp dry wine, with attractive citrus and stonefruit characters. Wild fermentation, seasoned oak barrel maturation and extended lees contact have all combined to create additional layers of texture and richness, Enjoy!
